Our story
Kay's Voltage started with a simple frustration: Nigerians shouldn't have to choose between comfort and reliability when the power goes out.
We're based in Port Harcourt, and we know what it's like when NEPA takes light for hours — sometimes days. Generators are loud, expensive to fuel, and not great for indoor use. Inverters need maintenance and a stable installation. Solar systems can run into millions before they're useful for a single fan.
So we built a different kind of store. One focused entirely on portable, rechargeable, and solar-powered devices that just work. Mini coolers, fans, washing machines, lights, power banks — products you can plug in once, charge with sunlight or any wall socket, and run for hours when the power dips.
We're not the cheapest option. We're not the flashiest. But every product we sell is something we've used or vetted ourselves, through actual Nigerian power conditions.
